Lev Kramar
Lev Kramar aims to provide quality and timely legal services with a focus on real estate (residential and commercial transactions), commercial financing, corporate-commercial law, as well as wills and estates. He is fluent in English and Russian and is able to communicate with clients in both.
He has had a personal ‘thirst’ for craft beer to grow in Alberta, and has turned this passion into a successful practice specializing in representing many of Calgary’s (and other Alberta towns’) microbreweries as a ‘beer lawyer’. Many of these clients have turned into great friendships, and Lev has been known to enjoy a beer or two, now and then.

Prior to starting Integrity Legal Solutions, Lev honed his skills at Masuch Law LLP for 10 years – one of the biggest and most respected real estate law firms in Alberta. And prior to that he articled and worked as an associate at Bennett Jones LLP where Lev practiced commercial real estate, corporate-commercial and securities law. Lev has experience providing real estate services to both private and public companies in connection with numerous purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions.
